The holidays can be beautiful—and painfully tender. Our Empty Chair Service is a gentle, hope-filled gathering for anyone navigating grief this season. We set aside sacred space to remember the ones we love, acknowledge the empty places their absence has created, and invite the presence of Jesus to meet us with comfort and peace. Through scripture, reflection, worship, and prayer, we lean into the promise that the Light still shines in the darkness and that God draws near to the brokenhearted. This night isn’t about moving on—it’s about not walking alone.

This Christmas season, we invite you and your family to experience the joy and wonder of Blue Springs Assembly's special children's production, "King Jesus."
Watch our talented kids bring a special Christmas story to life through heartwarming moments that remind us all of the true meaning of Christmas. 

You're invited to a casual, festive fun night just for the adults!

Theme: Casual Christmas - Wear your best Christmas shirt or sweater!
The Meal: It's a chili potluck! If you're able, please bring a pot of chili or a dish to serve with chili (such as toppings, cornbread, or dessert) to share. Everyone is invited to eat, whether you bring a dish or not!
The Fun: Please bring a board game to play!

Important Note: This party is for the adults. Youth and children will be having their own special Christmas parties in their classes on the same night.

This is going to be a fun morning spending time with other women and celebrating the holiday season. We will have brunch, play some fun games, fellowship, and a fun sock exchange.
