Photo Consent Agreement
By attending Blue Springs Assembly's services and programs, you acknowledge that photographs and recordings may be captured during the service. These photos and recordings may be used to celebrate and showcase the life and values of our church, including on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer not to be photographed or if you would like a photo removed that includes you, please contact our creative department. We will be happy to accommodate your request.
Comprehensive Agreement
1. Consent: By attending the Church's services and programs, You grant the Church the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to capture photographs and recordings of You during the service.
2. Use of Images: The Church may use the Images for the following purposes:
4. Image Storage: The Church will store the Images in a secure electronic format with access restricted to authorized personnel.
5. Removal of Images: You have the right to request the removal of any Image that includes You. To do so, please contact the Church's creative department in writing. The Church will make reasonable efforts to remove the Image within 30 days of receiving your request.
Limitations
1. Commercial Use: The Church will not use the Images for any commercial purpose without your prior written consent.
2. Identification: The Church will not identify You by name in any Image without your prior written consent.
3. Defamation: The Church will not use the Images in any way that is defamatory or portrays You in a false light.
Revocation of Consent
You have the right to revoke your consent to this Agreement at any time by following the same procedure outlined in Section 5 ("Removal of Images"). Please note that revocation of consent will not be effective for any use of the Images that occurred prior to the Church receiving your written notice.

- To celebrate and showcase the life and values of the Church on its website and social media platforms.
- In promotional materials (both print and digital).
- In Church publications (bulletins, newsletters, etc.).
