Day 16: The Anointing for Restoration

Scripture:

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”
— Isaiah 61:1 (NKJV)

Devotion:

A key purpose of the anointing is restoration—bringing healing to the brokenhearted, freedom to captives, and release from the bonds of sin. Jesus came to restore what was lost, and His anointing in us brings that same restoration. As we walk in the anointing, we become instruments of God’s healing and restoration in the lives of others.

Reflection:

Reflect on how God has restored you. Pray that He will use you as an instrument of restoration to bring healing and freedom to those in need.
